In fact, any business handling cash, whether large or small amounts is at risk from robbery.

For many businesses, armed robbery is an identified risk and armed robbery training assists in reducing this risk. Many employers do not provide robbery safety training until after the business had been attacked. However recent Health and Safety legalisation now means that employers must identify hazards or potential hazards in the workplace and then isolate, eliminate or minimise them.

If armed robbery is identified as a risk then training should be provided to employees to mitigate the risk. Failure to do so could result in penalties including significant fines.

Our armed robbery training will assist staff to remain calm, cooperate fully, obey instructions, listen carefully and report observations to police.We can provide practical guidance to minimise the effects of a robbery on staff and our training will cover:

Investigative Interviewing Training

Our private investigation company based in Auckland, New Zealand has been providing investigative interviewing training for organisations, sales teams and law enforcement agencies since 2012.

Our lead trainer has over thirty (30) years’ experience having commenced his own investigative training in the early 90’s and successfully completed the P.E.A.C.E training courses up to an advisory capacity.

Interview training had previously been associated to law enforcement agencies having been introduced into policing in 1993 and is based on the P.E.A.C.E training module. This method has been incorporated as best practice by many police forces and other public/private sector organisations globally.
